This lovely 18ct yellow gold ring was made in 1990. In the centre of the ring is an oval cabochon cut opal set in an 18ct yellow gold rubover setting and surrounded by 16 small round diamonds. The split shoulders lead to an 18ct yellow gold three wire shank that has been hallmarked by the London Assay Office for 18ct gold and 1990. The cluster is slightly domed so that it follows and wraps itself around the contour of the finger.
